Observei este vídeo, parando a imagem quadro a quadro e não vi de onde surgiu esta sombra humana, pois a luz que bate na figura, é a luz dos faróis do veiculo que vem logo atrás na pista. Acredito que seja alguma figura espiritual, ou um anjo que protegeu o acidentado, ou o espírito maligno que pode ter provocado este acidente.
