Logo depois de Caim matar Abel, Deus procura Caim e fala para este que o sangue de Abel estava clamando desde a Terra. O texto bíblico de Gênesis 4.10 nos faz entender que logo após uma tragédia em um determinado lugar, alguma força sobrenatural oriunda das almas daquelas pessoas envolvidas na tragédia, ou força sobrenatural dos espíritos malignos (demônios) que passam a ter senhorio sobre aquele lugar passam a residir ali e atormentar as pessoas que vivem naquele ambiente. Immediately after Cain killed Abel, God says to Cain and demand that this was the blood of Abel crying from the earth. The biblical text of Genesis 4:10 makes us understand that after a tragedy in a certain place, some supernatural force originating from the souls of those people involved in the tragedy, or supernatural force of evil spirits (demons) who come to have dominion over the place to go reside there and torment people who live in that environment.
